Who Nordic Housing is

A letting agency with a large network.

Nordic Housing is a specialised letting agency based in North Zealand with homes across Denmark. We let and manage rental homes for private owners and for companies that have invested in property, and we do it with one ambition: letting should feel safe, proper and simple for you as the owner.

Our tenants are first and foremost relocated staff from some of the country's larger companies, embassies and consulates. They are tenants on proper terms, with an employer behind them and a clear timeframe, which gives you as a landlord the security many ask for. We also let to private Danish tenants and handle insurance cases where a family needs a home for a shorter or longer period.

We take every type of home under our wing, from a studio flat for a few months to large properties and homes let for several years, both furnished and unfurnished. What they share is that we know the market, know the tenants and know exactly what it takes to let properly the first time.

Since September 2023 Nordic Housing Denmark ApS has had one focus: letting homes, and only that. That means short decision paths, honest answers and a team that actually remembers your home when you call.

    You get one named contact at Nordic Housing from the first conversation to the move-out. One person who knows your home and your tenant.

  • Inspectors and tradespeople across Denmark

    We can arrange move-in and move-out reports including photo documentation, and refer you to professional tradespeople where needed. The reports document the condition of the home, and any repair work is agreed separately.

  • A professional network of tenants

    We work with Danish and international companies, relocation agencies, embassies and consulates on their employees’ housing needs.

  • The whole process, or only what you want

    Valuation, photos, viewings, the lease and the first collection of payment from the tenant are always included. You can add move-in and move-out reports and a full property management service if you would like us to handle everything.

Nordic Housing values personal contact, so you have one primary contact. Beyond that we have a standing network of specialists across Denmark whom we draw on in every single case. They are the reason a letting with us runs without you coordinating anything yourself.

  • Property inspectors

    Prepare move-in and move-out reports including photo documentation, so the condition of the home and any faults or defects are recorded.

  • Tradespeople

    We can refer you to painters, carpenters, plumbers and cleaning companies. The work and payment are agreed directly with the external provider.

  • Photographers

    Photographers bring out the full potential of a home. With professional property photographers we get atmospheric, high-end images that present the home at its best, both in our own register and on the leading property portals.

  • Legal and accounting

    Relevant legal and accounting advice can be involved when needed. The scope is agreed for the individual case.

Camilla Dalskjær

On 1 September 2023, Camilla Dalskjær took the helm of Nordic Housing Denmark ApS, a company with one clear strategic focus: residential lettings.

Behind this decision are 25 years of experience in the property industry, spanning both sales and lettings. Camilla has sat on both sides of the table: selling and managing properties, and finding the right home for a family arriving in Denmark.

That experience shapes the way Nordic Housing works today. Realistic rental valuations rather than sales pitches, thorough tenant screening, and a dedicated point of contact who knows both the property and the tenant.

Camilla is passionate about her profession, and this is reflected in her day-to-day work. She personally takes part in valuations, viewings and move-ins, following each case closely from the first conversation to the handover of the keys.

She keeps up to date with tenancy legislation and market developments, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive advice they can rely on.

She values meeting people in person, because this is where trust is built and where you discover whether a property and a tenant are the right match.
