We find the tenant through our network of companies and relocation agencies, you approve the tenant profile, and we write the contract. If you would rather be spared it all, we take the management too. The rent goes straight to you, and if we find no tenant you pay no letting fee.

How it works
- Contact & valuation
Tell us about the home and we will send a no-obligation estimate. We normally reply within 24 hours on weekdays.
- Photos & marketing
We photograph the home so it shows its best side, and present it to our register and network.
- Viewing and approval of the tenant profile
We show the home and send you the tenant profile. You always approve the tenant before we go further.
- We prepare the lease
We write the lease under current Danish tenancy law and collect the deposit and the first rent before the keys are handed over.
- ManagementOptional
We collect the rent, are the tenant's contact for the whole period and prepare move-in and move-out reports. You get one named contact.
- Move-in and move-out reportOptional
Without management you can add the reports one by one. They are your documentation at move-out.

* The marketing contribution is DKK 1,650 excluding VAT and is payable by the landlord unless otherwise agreed. It is due when the lease is signed, or when the letting assignment ends if the property has not been let.

Our promise
No letting fee, without a tenant.
If we find no tenant for your home, you pay no letting fee. The marketing contribution remains payable unless otherwise agreed. The fee is agreed in advance, settled only once the contract is signed, and the commission agreement can be cancelled from one day to the next.

Rent is paid directly to you
No intermediaries handle your rental payments. The tenant pays the rent directly to you. We facilitate communication and follow up on late payments if you have opted for our property management service.

Documented condition, at move-in and move-out.
Nordic Housing can arrange move-in and move-out reports, and our cooperation with tradespeople across Denmark can help return the home in the same condition.
Management agreement
Choose our property management service and let us handle the day-to-day tasks, including tenant enquiries, coordinating tradespeople when repairs are needed, following up on overdue rent, and preparing move-in and move-out inspection reports.
