What does it cost to let?
The marketing contribution is DKK 1,650 excluding VAT and is payable by the landlord unless otherwise agreed. It is due when the lease is signed, or when the letting assignment ends if the property has not been let.
How quickly can you find a tenant?
We can never promise a date, but we often have a tenant in the register before the home goes online.
Can I book a viewing online?
Yes. Save the home to your list and send the list to us, and we contact you to agree a time.
