Vodroffsvej

This bright and welcoming 167 m² apartment is available on attractive Vodroffsvej, directly beside Sankt Jørgens Sø and only minutes from central Copenhagen. Situated on the third floor of a beautiful, well-maintained property, the home is offered either furnished or unfurnished for a two-year rental period.

The apartment features an excellent and flexible layout with three well-proportioned bedrooms, two large and light-filled connecting living rooms, and a separate kitchen. Classic architectural details, attractive wooden floors, high ceilings and generous windows create an elegant and comfortable home with abundant natural light. One bedroom has access to a small private balcony.

The separate kitchen is functional and well equipped, offering ample storage, wooden worktops, appliances and space for a small dining area.
